Online NDA: MFG.com gives you the ability to require suppliers to electronically sign your Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to gaining access to your designs. All the signatures are stored digitally and archived for future reference.

2nd Level NDA: Sometimes just having a previously unknown supplier sign your Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is not enough. MFG.com provides you with the ability to review NDA signatures and perform supplier due diligence prior to granting access to your proprietary data.
