Using electronic gauges and other measuring devices, operators feed production information into the computer during the run. The software instantaneously interprets this information and provides statistical analysis of the accuracy of the production run while in process. These programs assure Wisco customers of getting parts to the specification they require. Wisco parts can move directly to the production line without need for time-consuming testing and evaluation. As a result, Wisco is being certified by more and more of its customers.
