New Source sought for D-Ring, 1.00 inch high strength with minimum ultimate strength rating of 3,000 LBS. 75% Weld penetration, weld to be free of spatter and sharp edges. Bake out at 375 degree F. for 3 hours within 15 minutes after plating. ASTM B633, Type II, Fe/Zn 13 Yellow. Our drawing #34025-1 shall govern. Samples will be required from potential suppliers in a price basd zone of consideration. Samples will be tested by buyer from those two or three suppliers determined by us to be in our "zone of consideration".
