This is a cage which holds the screen in a large
industrial centrifuge.
We welcome quotes
on the complete finished product (machined, balanced,
and painted) or we will accept
quotes on the fabrication only which we can complete in
house.

clearly indicate on your quote what portions of this
project you are quoting.
This is a large 40" diameter X 22" long cone shape made by
welding 1-1/4" dia. rods to one
large flange on one end and a small flange on the
other.
In between are 5 thin rings which
form the protective cage. The position of the rings and
the concentricity of the top and
bottom flanges and rings are critical.
Hardfacing to be applied can be the Stoody Vancar
material mentioned on the drawings or a Postalloy
product. Please call or email to enquire
about using other hardfacing products before quoting.
As mentioned, we would prefer to
receive these 100% complete but will also work with
someone who can only supply the
fabrication.
