These are to be used as decorative/architectural features,
and will be powder coated upon receipt.
Dimensions are approx. 11-3/4 OD x 33-1/4 High
The major dimensions of this base can be varied to allow
for
a variety of stock (readily available) materials to be
used,
provide that the finished products are all
consistent;
DIMENSION #1 - O.D. is shown as 11.78", but the
finished
product can vary by as much as -Ό, + 1.
DIMENSION #2 - I.D. is shown as 11.15, but the I.D.
can
be modified to 11 Min, c/w a wall thickness of 1/8
minimum
After assembly and welding, all covers need to be machined
on all exterior faces. After machining, the parts need to
be cleaned and inspected to ensure no cracks or voids are
present.
No coating or special surface treatments are required. No
filler materials can be added to the surface to fill voids,
and no paint or coating of any type can be used to cover
these parts.
