RFQ Notes:
This unit is a furnace weldment of light plate and structural steel. All material specifications are on the drawings. All welds must be sound, uniform and of high aesthetic quality. Two coats of rust-resistant primer are required. Quote finish coat of high gloss machinery enamel as an option. We will require one unit completed for approval prior to building the last four units. Should we be satisfied with quality and price, we will consider a long-term agreement to supply ten to twenty units per year. Terms are negotiable. No target price has yet been set, however we are calulating a target price which will be available later. We are listing this product in order to achieve high quality at a lower cost then we currently experience. Prefer ISO 9001 certification, but it is not required.
