RFQ Notes:
Production of a 4000 gallon tank.
The buyer is looking for a 304/316 Stainless Steel
manufacturer to fabricate a 4000 Gallon Tank. This tank
will hold Trichloroethylene (TCE) while the buyer's
degreasing machine is being is maintained. Customer wants
(4) 2" NPT connections, and (1) one 24" manway on the top
of the tank. Customer would also like one 2" NPT drain
connection on the bottom of the tank. There are no drawings
for this tank, but should be round in construction, and
should meet all ASME standards. Customer will ask awarded
vendor for pressure/liquid test prior to shipment/final
payment. Customer to be present for final testing.
Customer to reject all bids that do not meet this test.
This tank is just one part of critical piece of
machinery, and the buyer wants to make sure they are
purchasing a top quality component. They are open to all
solutions as long as they meet ASME standards for this type
chemical. Please direct all questions to the buyer.
