Trusted Tool, in business for 21 years, is a fixture house that also specializes in the development of prototype and production tooling. We have manufactured thousands of various prototype parts and short run production across a wide spectrum of industries.

We have and do use most materials, including all types of metals, alloys, and plastics. We serve the automotive, electronic, security, agricultural, marine, sports and government industries.

Our 5,000 sq foot building, equipped with the machinery needed to specialize in most prototype tooling parts and short run production.

We can hold tolerances of .0005 on flats and .0002 on diameters. Our ideal run quantity is 1-10,000.

Our software capabilities include MasterCam, CADKey, Kubotek KeyCreator and AutoCAD.

We have an inspection process using calibrated inspection gages. We maintain material certification documentation. We assure our customers that their requirements are met, and inspections reports are available upon request. If our customers require certain procedures, we follow them completely. We are dedicated to customer satisfactions, and are always working towards higher standards.

We have the ability to work with product development with our engineering straight through the prototype stages and on into �run-off� and production while maintaining quality and timely deliveries.
