Capabilities:
* TTI is capable
of converting hand drawn engineering documents. This includes drawings, lofted Mylars, scribes and dimensioned engineering into digital data compatible with most CAD system.
* TTI is able to
convert Pro-E CAD models directly to 3-axis and 4-axis machined prototypes using our CNC machines.
* TTI uses specialized measuring equipment to accurately create detailed three dimensional
drawings and models from digitized part data. The original part could be anything from an aircraft structural part to a production machine component. Size can vary from as small as a dental pick to
larger than a motorcycle fender die.
- Brown & Sharpe Validator - capable of X, Y, Z and 4th Axis indexing
- Brown & Sharpe Global Image - with a 27" X, Y and Z axis
- Gage Laboratory - 48" x 72" surface plate, height sets, comparator, ball bars, gage blocks, and gage pins.
* TTI specializes in Continuous Motion Assembly, Indexing Motion, Leak
Testing, Process machines, and Custom Welders when designing SPECIALTY MACHINES for client applications.
