* CER-MAC's machinists work in a well equipped, environmentally controlled facility, which follows the procedures of MIL-I-45208-A. In addition to standard military procedures, each individual is challenged to adopt a "Cost of Quality Attitude", which focuses on defect prevention.
* CER-MAC has grown to 40 machinists in a modern facility of 12,000 square feet. We welcome your orders which can be shipped in full, or your product can be scheduled as a just-in-time program.
* CER-MAC INC. is committed to significant sales growth in the world marketplace with products that meet or exceed our customer quality requirements. We are committed as a full-service manufacturing organization to deliver defect-free products, on time.
* Our interpretation of Quality is that we must have an understanding of our customers' specific needs and requirements. Cer-Mac establishes guidelines that clearly define these requirements, and then follows through by consistently conforming to these standards at every phase of our process.
* CER-MAC uses in-process control techniques based on defect prevention, rather than defect detection. Evidence of process capability will be applied before your jobs are processed. Once key process parameters have been identified, they are tracked during the entire manufacturing process.
* Every individual is challenged to be committed to a "Cost of Quality" attitude that prevents and minimizes inconsistency in our manufacturing process. The Cost of Quality is our management tool that allows Cer-Mac to understand the negative impact of work not performed right the first time.
* With the attitude of "QUALITY FIRST" we are prepared to meet the global competitive challenges. On an individual basis, our reward will be continued financial success and the pride in knowing we have met the challenge successfully. Thus CER-MAC can continue the path of providing its employees with every job opportunity available.

JR Plastics and Machining Inc. has combined cnc machining and vacuum forming and fabricating plastics under one roof. This is a very unigue combination which allows our company to do prototypes, and short run projects,as well as production runs. We have 80 years of experience machining and forming many different alloys, compounds and plastics. We have 3 and 4 axis machining centers, as well as fully automatic vacuum forming machines. Being a small company we really enjoy the "one on one" relationship that we have with our customers.
When you call or come by JR Plastics you will deal directly with one of the owners, this is a real advantage when you need answers and solutions to problems that arise on a project. We feel that we fill a void between the prototype customer and the expensive injection molding industry. Many times a company needs a prototype and a small to medium amount of parts without spending a large amount of money on expensive injection molds. We can and do large quanity machining production on all steels and alloys. Our web site is still under construction but should be finished soon.

In 1959, Henry Sippy, a young toolmaker with more ideas and ambition than would fit in a factory setting, founded Sipco. During these early years, American toolmakers set the precedent for close tolerance machining and part interchangeability that shaped the future of manufacturing. From the very beginning, Sipco pushed the leading edge of technology, and was a pioneer in utilizing Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) in the United States.
Henry’s sons, Larry and Lon Sippy, became toolmakers and Sipco rapidly evolved to being a total solutions provider for advanced applications of CNC machining technologies and the design, build and processing of plastic injection molds. The company embraced Solids Modeling CAD design software in 1996 and remains at the forefront of mold design for precision plastic parts. Today, Sipco not only uses Solids Modling for design, but also produces CNC tool paths directly from the Solid Model, providing customers with true integration, and reducing art to production time by fifty percent.
As of 10/06, Sipco merged with Excalibur Machine, a company that provides OEM manufacturing, machining, and heavy steel manufacturing for major manufacturing companies. Excalibur is HUBZone certified, and adds to our capabilities and capacities with its large mills and pallet changers, lathes with automatic part changers, plasma cutters, and robotic and manual welding equipment. Together, we now have 180 employees and over 100,000 sq ft of manufacturing space ready to serve you. We look forward to working for you!
