The facility includes AutoCAD for tool design and full CAD/CAM capability, creating quick turn around times and cost containment. Hartland Tool is located in Southeastern Wisconsin about 30 miles outside downtown Milwaukee. We are set up for fabrication, machining, and die work. We currently have 2 journey men tool and die makers, 2 machinist, and 3 certified welders on staff. We also can weld Cylinder tanks up to 14 inches in diameter. Another one of our specialties is building machines from blue print to complete assembly. Most of our machining production is low volume, quick turn around parts, and prototype. The fabrication is mostly stainless steel with a focus on food industry tanks. To compliment our stainless steel tanks, we also have our own passivation line to keep the complete process in house.
