  • In our Milling department we have capacity for a wide variety of jobs. Our boring mill handles large chambers, frames, weldments and plates. Manual mills are utilized to get rush parts through the building and back to the customer quickly. The CNC division has seen production runs, complicated one-offs and materials of many kinds.

  • With the combination of our nine lathes, we are equipped to handle a large scope of work. Our CNC lathe with live tooling and dual spindles does well on large quantities and complicated features, while our small engine lathes turn one-offs and small runs. The fleet of large lathes (vertical and horizontal) machine castings, forgings as well as rolled and welded rings. Our turning division looks forward to looking at the best approach for your next job you are looking to outsource.

  • Our newest machine is a 2008 Zeiss Contura G2 CMM! Accurate within .00004", we are proud to say that we have set up this machine not only to compliment our own shop, but also to provide third party inspection services to our clients. Situated in the heart of our machine shop, our full-time inspector works with each job in a temperature controlled environment with sophisticated tooling and instrumentation.

  • Plasma cutting, welding, rolling, pressing and other fabrication takes place on our second floor. This environment, specifically dedicated to these tasks provides an efficient space for our team to process materials as per our customer's specs. We specialize in troubleshooting and applying the most creative processes to increase value and production.

  • Our machine shop has developed relationships with specialized suppliers in a number of different outsourcing areas. Many customers desire their jobs to be completed from print to spec entirely in a "one shop environment." We take on that responsibility through the help of our strong supplier base.
