Production of a tool for punching. Solid machined cavity
punch 2-up. Space between cuts: 3.18mm. Cut per
attached file (P24966BT). All internal cuts are designed
to be removeble. Perimeter cut height and crosses:
0.925. Diameter wing punch: 0.937. Base 2" x 3.5" with
mounting holes. Material being punched causes tooling to
wear very fast. Each tool will need to be sharpened (re-
machined) twice a month. Buyer expects to get 5- 10
resharpens per tool. Please provide pricing for new tool
and for resharpening. Quantites below are for new tools
needed. All shipping costs will be paid by buyer.
