The delivery date in RFQ is for the 3 sample parts ONLY! We are a little flexible on this, so dont let this stop you from bidding. Production would be standard lead-times.
This is a bid for bid/buy. We will require 3 sample part for approval by our client. We have confirmation that we have OUR bid, however, there is no guarantee that changes will not be made prior to full production. Thus, three sample units are required for approval.
Please examine the assembly contained in the zip file. It contains the features to placed in assembly. The part tree also defines parts.
Material: .060 CRS Finish: Cardinal BK59 powder coat
Notes: 4 corners to be welded and ground smooth prior to powder coat. All threaded features (PEM fasteners) are to be free of powder coat. All sharp edges and burrs to be removed .01max. Bores for PEM fasteners to be per PEM specifications.
