Simulation Designs (India) Private Limited (SDIPL) is an ISO9001:2000 certified company and also undergoing AS 9100 certification for aerospace components.

We are manufacturer of high precision-machined components and assemblies for space, defense programs, communications and medical Industries. Our new �EOU Factory� has the latest machines from Germany and USA such as 5 axis machining centers and 3 axis machining centers. We can make the most complex and difficult jobs now being done on Europe and USA. We are making components for satellites and commercial aircraft programs of Boeing and Airbus, through Tier I suppliers.

We have been graded as a manufacturer of �Flight components�, which require very high standards of precision, surface finish and other tolerances such as flatness, perpendicularity, concentricity, etc. We have highly motivated, skilled and result oriented team of 70 employees. Our team has machined components from the most demanding materials including Titanium, Stainless steel, Inconel, Carbon steels, Aluminum, Magnesium and other exotic materials

We have customers worldwide with several companies in Europe such as Snecma aerospace-Corbiel, Hispano Suiza, PSA Puegot Citroen, etc. Our supply chain management system ensures prompt delivery at reasonable cost , in partnership with DHL and FED-Ex.
