that we design, machine, and assemble from the ground up. These machines have control systems on them that we program with PLC type programmers or with National Instruments products such as LabView.
We use SolidWorks, Cosmos, and FeatureCAM to design parts and program our CNC machines. Our shop equipment includes a Haas VM3 high speed vertical machining center ("Mold Maker"), Haas TL2
lathe, Bridgeport Series I mill with 2 axis CNC and other smaller equipment such as manual sheet metal machines, Miller Dynasty TIG/stick welder, and Burr King vibratory deburring. We can provide
surface finishing of parts (some done in-house, most done outside), to include metal finishes such as hard anodizing, electroless nickel plating, and cold bluing, and small part heat treating.
Participating in the SME Lean Manufacturing certification process with the Bronze level body of knowledge exam and certificate successfully completed, and participating in the National Instruments
Certified Associate LabView Developer program. Low corrosion parts such as aluminum brass and stainless for applications such as experimental aircraft, marine products, and outdoor sports are among
our areas of interest. Short runs and prototypes are fine with us.
