RFQ Notes:
Prototype is of eyeshield device shown in attached images. All four (4) components (left ear, right ear, nose, front) comprising the product, be finished and painted semi-gloss Black. Raised logo, on the front component is to be painted in light Gold color. The left and right ear components must be fastened to the hinge of the front component, using off-the-shelf screws, to provide fully operational hinging capability. · The nose component must be left unglued for delivery, but fit as designed and finished to coordinate with rest of device. Iges file is available of the represented product. Close tolerences are expected (needs to be a good quality prototype). State material used and process type (SLA-- SOMOS Resin parts or SLS Duraform Nylon).
