0.624/0.620" dia double flanged pulley with 0.499/.497" dia center and 0.035/.045" flange thickness. Center hole is .126/.125". Nominal part thickness is 0.320". Mat'l delrin or nylon, or suggest one that will work well with polycarb track. First 30 are for prototype use, but it is anticipated that much larger volumes (10k) will be needed in Q2-Q4 2003. Part may be molded if machining costs are too high.
