RFQ Notes:
The purpose of this part is to replace a 1/4-20 nut that is inside of a 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/16th C-Channel and the height is important becuase it needs to be a light press fit. The part can be aluminum, brass and even a nylon or PVC, based on best material pricing and minimum part machine time. The threads only need to be 3/8" or more deep but the part is drawn as threaded through.
