Overall length is approx .150 inches - The largest outside Diameter is .165 inches. - The other outside diameter is .065 inches.
Material is 302, 303, 304, or 316 Stainless Steel at the suppliers discretion.
Part has a .032 inch through hole with a funnel shaped entry at 30 degrees.
We expect to use between 2000 and 5000 of these parts per year.
We had an existing supplier who cannot supply the parts in a timely manner, so we are looking for someone who wants this work.
We are planning to order 2000 of these parts on this initial order. We need to have a partial delivery of about 200 pieces on or before November 7th. I know that this is a quick turnaround, but that is our production schedule - our new system is selling much better than we anticipated.
There is another similar part, with a different diameter through hole that we would consider placing with whoever takes this job.
All of our design work is done with Pro-E. We can provide digital files in most any format you require.
