 The specific Machining process that was specified is Screw Machining.
 This RFQ was for 14 Each. The estimated annual usage is 14.

RFQ Notes:

0.5" dia polished (1000 grit) rod 5.67" long.  One end is  tapped 0.5" for 10-32 screw and the other is drilled for  light press fit 0.125" dia SS pin.  A plastic molded part  (PC-(CF15+PTFE6) is going to slide on this rod.  Steel is  too heavy, but I think aluminum, delrin, polycarbonate, or  any hard plastic material will work fine for prototype  use.  Polishing not critical,  but burrs not allowed.  Want  a clean smooth surface.  Call to discuss if concerned.
