Scojet, Inc. is a contingent design and consulting service that provides onsite and offsite design services. We have no long term commitments or contracts, we can do one part or an entire project. Spline now offers design through manufacturing capabilities with our machine shop. We are able to provide rapid prototypes utilizing FDM or SLA, we have also been very successful in creating molds for casting urethane parts from rapid prototypes.

Scojet also offers sourcing opportunities through our offices in Asia and Mexico.Currently we have investments in companies providing molding, die casting, forging, stamping, machining and fabricating services, we can also provide whole goods such as lights, control cables, brake pads and assembly operations.

Below is a general list of our machine and fabricating abilities: Precision Machining: Milling, Lathe work up to 20"x160", Surface Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, Small parts Turning, Geometric Threading, Keyway Broaching Engineering: Prototypes, Special Tools, Gages, Fixtures Job Shop: Die & Moldwork Repairs, Shaft and Roller Repairs Fabrication: Welding: Tig, Mig & Stick (Steel and Aluminum), Brazing & Silver Soldering, Welding on site In house heat treating capabilities with ovens up to 2250 degrees.
