Minor updates to Kittyviewpartsandasssembly.xls in green. I’ve given part numbers from Outwater Plastics on a few items such as the clear U-channel for the upper safety panel guide.
Present us one prototype for approval. After approval, proceed with the full order. I adjusted final delivery date to May 1 - however, we’ll work with whatever is feasible for you, if that’s too soon. If sooner is possible, great.
Fabricate from Acrylic sheet 5 pieces of assembled enclosure.
Base is 18" square Sides are 11.75" x 18, tapered down top edge to 11" x 18" back is 11" tall x 18" wide Top is 18" square with flange and reinforcement pieces assembled.
Sides will have 1" vent holes (1 per side)
Follow edge cut instructions outlined in the .xls file or the pdf converted file. .Xls file contains both the image and the final bill of material for assembly.

We are considering full assembly rather than ship us unfinished parts.
One month for delivery could certainly be extended but collaboration would be needed prior to order release.
We will order a small amount to verify workmanship to begin, then release a much larger order(s) on scheduled delivery. Optimally the products could be dropped shipped direct to our customers.
