RFQ Notes:
This quotation is for 24- 12 ga. x 119" long wall panels.
Material needed per panel will be 1
sheet of 48 x 120 x 12 ga., 80" of 3/16 x 3 HR flat bar,
and paint. These panels are 40" wide
(+0 ; -.125 tolerance). These panels require 4- 90 degree
bends along the length. There are
a total of 28- 7/16 holes in each panel. 10 holes evenly
spaced along each side, and 4 on
each end. In addition, there are 2- 3/16 x 3 x 39 5/8 Flat
Bar stiffeners welded 40" in from
each end. (24" - 32" of weld total per panel) Finally,
walls will need to be painted. We use
Sherwin-Williams KEM 400 paint. This is a one coat acrylic
enamel paint. Color code will be
given with Purchase Order.
