RFQ Notes:
Aattached is a dwg showing two shapes we currently use in our manufacturing processes. These two shapes fit together to form what we refer to as a five corner panel box. The shape produced with the 90 degree bend is called the top, while the 3 sided shape is the bottom. The dimensions shown are for one of our larger boxes (205mm box). We currently use material of differing sizes to form the following sized boxes: 125mm 137mm 150mm 165mm 180mm 205mm 230mm 254mm 300mm I am interested in knowing from you if these shapes and sizes might be feasible for you to produce as currently designed. If not, what would be the maximum dimensions you could run? What design modifications might you require? We currently stock these shapes in 6m lengths. Is this a length you could supply? We stock the material in 4 standard colors - grey, white, brown, & light beige. We also have some concepts for a box with a rounded bottom that we can discuss further if this looks to be something you can provide for us. Let me know what you think….
