Reliant offers a range of services -- from injection and insert molding to mold design and repair. We'll also inspect, assemble and kit your product for you.

Reliant has molded parts from the smallest fasteners to four-foot plastic rails. We have experience working with a wide range of materials, as well. We've processed most engineering-grades resins like nylon, PC, PVC "rigid and flexible," ABS, PPS, SAN, Acetal, LCP and other specialized materials that require precise handling. We also stock most commodity resins -- HDPE, PP, LDPE and more.

We've also worked in a variety of industries over the past two decades. Perhaps more important, we've come to know several industries particularly well. That means we're better able to offer you the expertise to get your job done to your exact specifications.

Our facility consists of more than 35,000-sq. ft. of molding, assembly, packing and storage space. Our molding room is air-conditioned, and we run a central chiller system. That lets us offer you faster cycle times on your jobs by keeping our mold-cooling water at a constant 45 degrees.

Reliant has 22 molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 400 tons (including a 40-ton vertical press molder). That range of sizes makes our scheduling extremely flexible, with a variety of jobs running at the same time. And most of our molders are equipped with robotic Sprue Pickers that improve their efficiency.

You're always looking for ways to reduce your cost of doing business. Here's a tip: Our 12,000-sq. ft. cold-storage warehouse allows us to hold even large inventories for you. (One of our customers, for instance, holds 15 million pieces of safety stock with us.) We also maintain a climate-controlled storage area for your molds, which keeps them in top condition for future runs.
