Lighter Bunjee is a U.S. Patented (5,788,479) consumer accessory product. The product is made using a 70% polyester, 30% rubber elastic that is 3/4" wide. This material is cut in about a 7 3/4" length and formed into a figure-eight. It is stitched to create two loops. While flattened, the large loop measures 2 3/4" in width and the small loop measures 1" in width. The stitching used thus far runs 3/4" long at the top and bottom inside of the figure eight. We would like to have our company logo imprinted into the elastic as well.
