RFQ Notes:
We have a need for a resonable facsimilie of this part for photgraphs and functional testing before serial production.
These are parts for our next generation apparatus. While the drawings indicate structural foam, that is the result of organizational inertia as that is what we have used in the past. We are open to other materials and processes. The estimated annual usage is 150 pieces per year with a product life of 7-9 years. The tolerances indicated are +/- .003, but there is room for up to .010 or more if that is a problem. We are looking for best unit value amortizing tooling costs over the stated product life. We do have the capability to do machining on any part if that makes any economic sense when we roll it up.
