DCG manufactures precision components and assemblies for OEM leaders in the Commercial markets (35% of our business), and aerospace industries (25%). In addition, we also do precision work for many major companies who provide medical and surgical instruments/equipment which accounts for 40% of our business. A partial list of current customers with whom we've had a long standing relationship includes: Pitney Bowes (mail processing machinery), Allied-Honeywell, Raymond Engineering div. of Kaman, Safeflight, Sponslor Company Inc., Texas Instruments, Branson Ultrasonics, Stryker, Cardinal Health, Linvatec/Conmed, and U.S. Surgical. For 60 years, Ketchie-Houston, Inc. has been supplying various industries with precision machining and grinding, custom gears, sprockets, timing belt pulleys, shafts, mounted ball and roller bearing units and other special mechanical products.
Our manufacturing operation is located in Concord, North Carolina. The facility includes both CNC and conventional machinery. We can perform a wide range of operations including multi-axis turning, boring, 4-axis milling, drilling, broaching, gear-cutting, and grinding. With over 100 years of combined machining experience utilizing a productive work environment of over 30,000 square feet, we are able to produce components of virtually any style.
We have state-of-the-art inspection equipment including a 3 axis coordinate measuring machine to handle any inspection process you require. Our facility has been ISO 9001: 2000 certified since 2002. We can also reverse engineer your sample parts when a drawing is not accessible.

Our domestic production portfolio has evolved to include over one thousand custom bearing designs in addition to several thousand precision machined, cold headed, stamped, and molded component designs for the material handling, automotive, fenestration, furniture, food and beverage equipment industries among others – equating to approximately five million component parts and one million engineered assemblies produced monthly.
