3.25" long x 0.350" wide x 0.015" thick. Please see
drawing for dimension specifications. Spring is bent into
a horseshoe like shape. Production requirements are
approx. 50,000,000 parts per year.
Buyer is looking for a vendor that can make these springs
from full
hard SS or as an alternative CRS 1050 may be used, heat
treated and
plated. Buyer is
willing to consider alternative materials only if the
change is approved by the buyer and the cost of the part
is reduced. Buyer would accept full containers. Please
