RFQ Notes:
Production of a crimping angle. Approximately 1.300" long
x 1.300" wide x 0.625" tall x 0.058" thick. Please see
drawing for dimension specifications. Quote tool
separately. This initial order is for 2 million pieces
that equals about 40,000 lbs. of one container full. This
order will repeat 2-3 times per year. This part is very
price sensitive. Please read the attachment. Buyer hopes
that with cheaper overseas materials and labor, the
benchmark cost for these parts can be met. Buyer is
willing to consider alternative materials only if the
change is approved by the buyer and the cost of the part
is reduced. These same parts are being shown in buyer’s
distribution circles for less than buyer’s posted
benchmark, so the price should be obtainable. Delivery
dates are negotiable. Delivery is to any sea port of
origin. If for some reason, supplier wants to include the
delivery to buyer in the part cost, that would be fine.
