Sizing approx 0.02 " inch sheet metal, cone 0.50" height,
0.49" width, total height 0.82". Most economical steel used
in production for this application is desirable. Units will
be plated with two different finishes. 80% of units will be
plated with bright nickel and 20% plated with black-oxide w/
lacquer. Quote separate if plating price is different. Final
items should be free from burrs. Items should be packaged in
bags of 4000.
