JR Plastics and Machining Inc. has combined cnc machining and vacuum forming and fabricating plastics under one roof. This is a very unigue combination which allows our company to do prototypes, and short run projects,as well as production runs. We have 80 years of experience machining and forming many different alloys,compounds and plastics. We have 3 and 4 axis machining centers, as well as fully automatic vacuum forming machines. Being a small company we really enjoy the "one on one" relationship that we have with our customers.
When you call or come by JR Plastics you will deal directly with one of the owners, this is a real advantage when you need answers and solutions to problems that arise on a project. We feel that we fill a void between the prototype customer and the expensive injection molding industry. Many times a company needs a prototype and a small to medium amount of parts without spending a large amount of money on expensive injection molds.
