We are an Injection
molding shop with CNCs equiped Tool Room facility and CNC Machining Production Shop. We are located in north India near Chandigarh. We undertake:
- Small to medium size (0.1 ~ 1000gms) injection
molded plastic products mold making and molding for most of the plastics like ABS,PP,HD,LD, LLD,Nylon,Delrin,PBT,PC,PMMA,TPU,TPE etc. Major items in automotive, kitchen appliances, caps and closures,
thread cones, thin wall product and other packaging products.
- We are specilised in Hot Runner molds, Geared and Hydraulic Cylider undercutting methods, Insert molding, Silk Screening, and other
later process in plastic products.
- Small to medium quantity CNC machined items in aluminium, brass, copper, steel. These parts can be surface finished with plating as per requirements. Our
machinery includes CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC EDM, CNC Wire-EDM, Cylinderical, Surface Grinding etc. We have very good inspection facility.
- 3D modelling of product and tools, Reverse
Engineering, Injection molds, Press Tools, Jigs and Fixture designing. Our extraordinary strength is to design Molds and Dies which are easy to manufacture, minimum adjustments to put in mass
production and easy to maintain during production life cycle.
- Sheet metal components made from press tools, compound tools and progressive tools.
