Currently we are selling in the UK and Europe, to our customers design, over 15,000,000 parts per annum, including, sand castings, pressure die castings, machined castings hot forgings & cold forgings, fabrications and machined parts.
Parts we supply to our customers specification include complex precision machined castings, ranging from stainless steel 316L to malleable cast iron. 17/4 ph investment castings, which are x-rayed, dye penetrate tested, electro polished and then serial numbered.
Volume hot forging and cold forgings. Safety critical stainless steel fabricated assemblies. Stampings which are powdered coated. Robot welded and polished fabrications. Carbon steel tubular parts.
EDI is also a key "full service" forging supplier for automotive forgings, manufactured by both hot forging and cold forging processes. Our company supplies a wide range of cost effective, safety critical forgings for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and engines. We also supply components for the energy sector, construction equipment, oil and gas and other industries. Non-automotive clients will benefit from the high automotive manufacturing and quality standards.
We deliver to our customers from our dedicated UK warehousing facility on a DDP basis. Deliveries are made in a just in time basis, following our customers delivery schedules. We hold agreed buffer stocks levels in our warehouse, ensuring our customers have 100% line fill levels.
