Quick Order Turn-Around
At Nott-Atwater our customer sales representatives are committed to providing quick
quotations and fast turn-around on all of your standard orders and prototyping needs. On standard orders we have proven through the years we will ship your parts to you on or before the date
required, at you discretion. On prototype parts, which often require quick turn-around, we will work with you to ship them ASAP. Many times if the material is in stock, we can have your part cut and
out the door the same business day.
Complete In-House Process
Manufacturing starts with one of our in-house die makers who ensure the quality of all custom dies used in our
production. Each completed die is inspected to confirm that it exactly matches your design specifications. As the die is being created, the Nott-Atwater manufacturing team programs our computerized
Bun Slitter to cut the needed sheets of material. Within tightly specified tolerances, this equipment cuts sheets from "buns" of raw material in the exact thickness required by your design
specifications. This is just one more way that Nott-Atwater controls the quality of your product from start to finish. At Nott-Atwater, computers are used to lay out the finished design in a pattern
that produces a minimum of wasted material. Finally, your part is cut on one of our on-site presses, which include:

• Small manual presses
• Receding head
presses
• Water-jet cutters
• Knife cutters
