Headquartered 35 miles west of Milwaukee, Oconomowoc Manufacturing Corp. was established in 1964 as a custom manufacturer of radial ball bearings. Our domestic production portfolio has evolved to include over one thousand custom bearing designs in addition to several thousand precision machined, cold headed, stamped, and molded component designs for the material handling, automotive, fenestration, furniture, food and beverage equipment industries among others – equating to approximately five million component parts and one million engineered assemblies produced monthly.
Leveraging approximately twenty years of successful manufacturing partnerships in dedicated facilities throughout Asia in addition to our wide range of domestic manufacturing capabilities, Oconomowoc Manufacturing is uniquely suited to provide an optimal combination of low cost and high quality for a full spectrum of products such as those listed above. Our offshore capabilities include ABEC electric motor quality (EMQ) bearings, casters and industrial wheels, forgings, stampings, molded product and castings among others. All imported product is engineered, audited, and inspected by our U.S. staff.
We prefer to work with annual blanket orders, releasing product per customer specification. Customer relationships that span more than four decades are a testament to the quality of our products, globally competitive pricing, and uncompromising level of customer service.
