The finished product MUST NOT show evidence of installed features through the powder coated surface. Any bezels that show evidence of installed features will be rejected at the vendors cost.
Spacer detailed in sheet 3 must fit inside cavity. Buildup of powder coating material which may impair fit is prohibited.
All threads, both internal and external should be masked to prevent adhesion of powder coat. Powder coat on threaded features will result in part being rejected at vendors cost.
