RFQ Notes:
(A) STAINLESS STEEL UN-SS304, sheet or strip, thickness 0.38 to 0.45 mm., whichever is the least expensive in available standard stock. -Process Specification: Bend Axis to be parallel to the rolling direction. (B) ALUMINUM alloy 6061-T4 sheet or strip. Gauge: .022 to .032 inches or closest thickness that is least expensive and available in standard stock. -Process Specification: Bend Axis to be parallel to the rolling direction. -Detergent clean at not more than 60° Celsius for 17 to 18 hours in air. -Edges to be "broken" .( Rounded and polished) . -Finish Specification: Chromic acid anodize 5-15 micrometers thick. No grip marks shall appear on the pointed arm of the bend. -DYE: approximately 33% of the part red, and approximately 33% blue.
