RFQ Notes:
Currently this part is manufactured as a spinning in-house. Their machine is on it's last gasps, and they want to price these on the outside as a stamping. The 9" size is a new model. The hole punching & extrusion on the base would continue to be done at Copperfield.
I have attached the drawings of the current lids/bases. We are open to some modifications to these to enable the use of any existing tooling.
The following are the annual quantities required for each of the 6 different part numbers: 9in 304SS: 6000 9in 316SS: 4000 13in 304SS: 20000 13in 316SS: 8000 17in 304SS: 4000 17in 316SS: 1000
