1/8" 6061 aluminum plate 3" x 12" with a contour intended for a 0.5" dia tool that has two angles and simple radii. T here's also 4 0.120 dia holes for mounting the plate. Suggest aluminum, but delrin or plexiglas would work as well. Slot is for 0.498/0.500" dia flanged pulley.
