The flanged idler wheel, gets two bearings pressed in. The bore must be held between 2.0472" and 2.0484" for a proper press fit. This part also has a 1/4" diameter through hole to put in a 1/4" bolt and nut used to hold in the bearings as an extra measure.
We would like your quote to include steel, labor to machine part and press 2 bearings per part. Mobile media will supply the bearings to be pressed in.
