RFQ Notes:
3/8" thick 1018 CRS plates 4"x8 1/2" overall size. 2 holes. 30 degree bevel along most edges. Not a precision piece. Flame cut and off-hand grinding have worked so far. CNC machining may be too expensive? I've used 3/8" by 4" bars. No finish required. Prefer S.E. Michigan sources. If you are up above $30 each, I probably will not buy them. If the price is below $10 each I will commit to 200 parts. +/- 0.1 inch on most dimensions. Hole size and pattern +/- 0.005". 2-D drawing attached in JPG file format. Email me with questions please. I'll be paying cash, check, or money order. I do not want to wait around for a month to get these parts. If you can make this part with the holes but not with the 30 degree bevel for under $5.00 each, I might be interested.
