RFQ Notes:
Production of a shaft. Approximately 26.475" long. This is
a 1 1/2" diameter steel hex shaft with a journal on each end
for a 6205 bearing. On one side it has a 3/4" pilot with a
3/16" keyway for a pulley. One side of the Hex has 9 drilled
and taped holes (5/16" NC x 1" deep) and the other 2 sides
have 8 drilled and taped holes each. The holes are drilled
all the way through for the taping. Each end is drilled and
taped 3/8" NC 1" deep to clamp the bearings. Please see
drawing for dimension specifications.
