0.2290" OD x 0.1270" long. Please see drawing for
dimension specifications. Turn Parts from Free Machining
Brass per QQ-B-626, 1/2H, Alloy 360. Then cut a broached
channel thru center, deburr and clean parts.
No plating is required. Use of ASTM standard B16 Brass
is good or propose equivalent part.
Tensile strength of metal (density) must be high and
possbly will require some hardening to meet specifications
of QQ-B-626 material even at
1/2H.
Notify factory if exceptions are needed and what supplier
must have and it will be considered.
Buyer has 5 similar broached parts of different lengths
and diameters.
