RFQ Notes:
Machine acme thread nuts. Material is virgin PTFE. Note
that (1) set consists
of one each of the following (Nut:12/5 cable, Nut: 10/5
cable, Nut: 8/5 cable,
Nut: 6/5 cable). Nuts are 2" OD x 1" long with a blind
1.25-12 acme thread, and
an internal radius profile. Thru hole and chamfer size
varies with part.
Each nut has (4) 0.136 diameter blind holes on the flat
surface, and chamfers. Please see drawing for dimension
specifications.
Please only quote if you are experienced in machining PTFE
and know where
to get the material. Note that the PTFE must be stress
relieved before
machining. Please contact buyer with any questions.
