RFQ Notes:
Production of a freewheel assemble set. Parts are mostly
turned, with some milling (threaded holes, square holes &
flanges). Max diameter of largest part ~4.5" , max
diameter of smallest part 1.62". All parts have
ball bearing races for 1/8" dia. balls with 16 microinch
finish. -014 thru -016 are 4140, hardened to HRC 60 to
minimum .05" depth (thru hardening OK) and have flat
bearing races with tight tolerances ground to 16 microinch
finish. -017 & -018 are 316 SS, no hardening or tempering
required.
