This family of parts will provide the buyer’s customer
with a proof of concept model. Please quote
as a package price. The buyer needs a relatively quick
turn-around for this project, so in that effort,
they may award this project earlier than the designated
closing date if they recieve a favorable estimate. If the
supplier is unable to meet the requested ship date, please
quote best effort.
The initial production order has been identified as 10,000
units by the buyer’s customer, provided the proof of
concept model meets requirements. Final design may
change.
Additional notest:
11S001-3 HANDLE: GN1, add "seamless tubing", add "ID 1.25"
+/-.02". DISREGARD FINISH REQUIREMENTS. No finish required
for the prototype.
Additional requirements;
The shop that receives the PO for this prototype will have
first consideration for following production opportunities.
Please include with finished parts estimated pricing, and
manufacturing lead time for the following quantities:
-1000 units;
-2500 units;
-5000 units.
Estimated prices should be $/unit, broken down by part,
include material and machine
complete, shipping, no finish.
Quote any non-recuring costs seperately.
If the supplier’s shop specializes in prototype production
and is not interested in the ensuing production work,
please, provide the buyer with estimated run times for use
in production planning.
