Milling and turning of impeller shaft and key.
Approximately 8.62" long x 1.75" OD. Quote a quantity of
30 sets of items 1 (shaft) and 3 (key). Notice billet gets
welded in place. Buyer will send supplier the billet, but billet will need to be machined as
noted in the revised drawing.
In addition, the shaft will need to be stamped with ID number as noted in the revised drawing.
Please provide inspection sheets for at least 10 shafts in
order to prove that the critical dimensions were met. The
shafts will also be passed through our QA department
before being accepted where they will take other random
samples to make sure the ciritcal dimensions are met.
Associated with RFQ’s 45555 and 45556. Must quote on all
three RFQ’s.
