machining/milling of shaft (item 1) and the key (item 2).
Approximately 4" OD x 16.41" long. Please see drawing for
specific dimensions. Buyer will provide billet to supplier
in order to drill the holes for the dowel pins on the
shaft. Inspection sheets to be provided for at least 5
random samples of shafts to make sure the critical
dimensions are being met. Once received at buyer’s
facility, the shaft will also have to pass through our QA
department before being accepted.
In addition, please provide ID stamping on each shaft with the following format:
A09892A-xx-yy-mm where xx is a sequential number, yy is the year of manufacture, and
mm is the month of manufacture. Put the ID stamp on the rear shaft view on the outside face.
